Geniv Wulz is a robust, no-nonsense, formidable family law specialist, senior litigator and founder of Geniv Wulz Attorneys Inc. She completed her BCom (Bachelor of Commerce) degree in 1999 and a LLB (Bachelor of Law) degree at the University of South Africa (Unisa) in 2004. She served her articles of clerkship at Shapiro and De Meyer Inc, a well-known, Pretoria-based family law firm at the time. Her love and passion for people and children have driven her to continue specialising predominantly in family law with an excellent understanding of complex proprietary consequences of divorce.
Wulz is today a highly sought after, well-renowned, and respected divorce attorney who fights with fierce determination to achieve her clients' goals with best results.
Wulz is strong and adventurous. She enjoys music and yoga.

Having grown up in a family with a legal background, Fourie completed his LLB (Bachelor of Law) degree at North-West University.
Fourie, who has a deep interest in family law, joined our team in 2023. His capacity for hard work, his mental prowess, and his genuine love of people, enables him to deal with a variety of matters with competence and skill. Fourie is goal-orientated, and his work is done with a high degree of attention to detail and conscientiousness. Fourie's honesty and straightforwardness, makes him invaluable as someone to have at your side.
He has recently got married and the couple looks forward to starting a family as soon as possible!

Sawma studied BCom law (Bachelor of Commerce in Law) at Midrand Graduate Institute and obtained her postgraduate LLB (Bachelor of Law) degree at the University of Pretoria.
Sawma has worked passionately and tirelessly since joining us, while handling our clients’ matters with the greatest care and compassion. She is perseverant and determined, and she works scrupulously to deliver the highest standard of service to our clients. Sawma is not deterred when facing challenges, and she has the ability to focus on the desired outcome.
She loves dancing, gymnastics and reading, and she is keenly interested in the world around her.

After obtaining her BA (Bachelor of Arts) degree in law, and her LLB (Bachelor of Law) degree at North-West University, Naude developed a passion for family law, based on her desire to offer support during what is often an emotional time, and to see all parties achieve a fair solution. She takes a calm and compassionate approach, while determinedly going after what she believes is right. Naude works meticulously and expeditiously , concentrating on the task ahead, so as to achieve the desired outcome.
She loves jogging, dancing, and playing hockey. She is an active member of the Morningside Country Club and participates in various community-based projects.
Candidate Attorney
Smith completed her LLB (Bachelor of Law) degree at the University of Pretoria in 2023, and joined Geniv Wulz attorneys Inc. as a candidate attorney. She cares deeply about people and sees her work as an opportunity to help people in a constructive way. She has great capacity for hard work and she enthusiastically embraces opportunities to be of service to our clients.
Smith thoroughly enjoys cooking and frequently experiments with new dishes. She loves reading, usually reading about fifty books a year!
Secretary
Strauss joined Geniv Wulz Attorneys Inc in 2024, and has proved to be a great asset in the efficient and harmonious running of the office. He is proficient in a wide variety of areas, and he provides service to our clients, office and staff with competence and patience.
Strauss feels most at home being out in nature - camping, fishing and going on hikes.
Legal secretary
Labuschagne’s first job was working for the Ministry of Minerals and Energy as a secretary. She then got her diploma as a legal secretary from Boston College, and has 27 years of experience working in the field. ‘I love formatting documents!’ says Labuschagne.
Labuschagne has two dogs that are like her children, and she plays bowls over the weekend, participating in monthly competitions.
